Bruker guide for a 600 system, from Dr. Brian F. Volkman,
  NMR Handouts http://www.chem.ucla.edu/~NMR/
These are some excellent and well written guides and handouts for practical use of Bruker systems from the NMR Facility in the Department of Chemistry at UCLA. Most are pdf files.
How to Run an NMR Spectrum http://www.wellesley.edu/NMR/xwinnmr.html
Specific for a particular system at a particular institute, but still useful.
  NCSU Tutorials http://www.ncsu.edu/chemistry/nmr/HTML_FILES/Tutorials.html
NMR usage tutorial, how to prepare a sample, how to do simplex experiments.
Bruker NMR Guide and Encyclopedia http://www.bruker-nmr.de/guide/index.html
A near complete copy of the famous NMR Guide from Bruker.
  AC/AM operating Manual http://chemiris.chem.binghamton.edu:8080/staff/schulte/Manual1.htm
A great little manual for operating a Bruker AM/AC Spectrometer.
  WFU Icon NMR http://www.wfu.edu/~wrightmw/icononthe500.html
How to use ICONNMR at Wake Foredt University. Some good tips are presented.

Step by step guides to 1D Proton and carbon and 2D proton and Carbon, heteronuclear experiments are also discussed and explained.
UMBC, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry http://www.umbc.edu/nmr/safety.htm
These guys have had some serious issues with novice users in the magnetic field. Read the "User Agreement"
  Operating the DRX-400 NMR http://www.uwyo.edu/wheelernmr/NMR/drx400operating.htm
Operating instructions and manuals (from Bruker) about how to operate the AVANCE 400. Some locally produced manuals that are quite good.
  NMR Manual http://chemiris.chem.binghamton.edu:8080/staff/schulte/Am3600.htm
How to run an AM-360. With complete instructions.
  http://nmr.chem.uiowa.edu/manuals.html http://nmr.chem.uiowa.edu/manuals.html
A fairly extensive library of Manuals for Bruker systems. From the University of Iowa. You can also find Gerry Pearson's old, but very useful (1991) "Shimming an NMR Magnet" here. This is the paper to have if you are learning to shim. It is excellent.
